Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Art Framing Group Pte. Ltd. ("Art Framing", "we", "us") collects through artframing.com.sg and our showroom, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

Order and contact details: your name, email address, phone number and, where you choose delivery or artwork pick-up, your address. We also keep what you order (frame sizes and options) and any notes you add.
Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email or in person, including photos of your artwork.
Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you have paid, but we never see or store your full card details.
Website usage: pages visited, the device and browser used, and how you arrived at our site (for example from a Google search or ad). This is collected with cookies, as described below.

The "see your image in this frame" preview in our online builder runs on your own device. Images you use there are not uploaded to us.

How we use it

To make, deliver and collect your order, and to contact you about it, including sending order updates.
To answer your questions and give framing advice.
To keep records for accounting and legal purposes.
To understand how our website is used and to measure how well our advertising works, so we can improve both.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only for that purpose:

Stripe, to take payments.
Delivery and courier partners, to deliver your order or collect your artwork.
Our website hosting, database and email providers, which store order information and send order emails for us.
Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement (see Cookies).

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and orders. These tools set cookies in your browser. They tell us things like which pages are visited and whether an order was completed, not who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. The site will still work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
correct personal data that is wrong or out of date;
stop using your personal data for a purpose you previously agreed to.

Email us at hello@fineartprinting.com.sg and we will respond within 30 days. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to complete an order that depends on it, and we will tell you if so.
